Cool zone technology
Under the heating element, the temperature is significantly lower. This is what is called a cool zone. Crumbs and frying remnants will stay in the cool zone. It gives two main benefits:
- Your French fries will look beautiful, just like if they were made by a pro
- The crumbs will not burn and bad smells will be limited

Fast heating system
The heating element is immersed and directly in contact with the oil, which is what defines a "semi-pro" fryer.
