Classic recipe for Feuerzangenbowle like Heinz Rühmann's times:

2 litres of dry red wine and 1 bottle of rum (54% alcohol)500 ml orange juice1 sugar hat1 orange and 1 lemonSpices: 1 stick of cinnamon, 4-5 cloves, some star anise

Peel off the bowl thinly from the lemon and orange and squeeze out the juice. Pour juice through a sieve into a pot. Pour citrus peels, cinnamon sticks, star anise, cloves and red wine. Heat ingredients to a maximum of 70 °C, but do not allow to boil. Lightly heat rum. Place fire tongs with the sugar hat on the punch pot and soak the sugar with rum. Put some rum in the ladle, light and pour over the sugar hat. If the flame becomes weaker, pour the rum with the ladle until the sugar is melted. Important: Stir well before serving.
